Bio:After more than 12 years of working as a graphic designer, typesetter and prepress manager, I'm starting a career on comic book lettering, which has always been my passion since I started noticing those beautiful intro pages designed by the awesome Richard Starkings for Comicraft in the 90s. As a letterer I love facing each new project from scratch, taking my time to think things through and decide what's the best I can bring to the table in the lettering department. My ultimate goal is to help the creators tell their story, achieving readability and making sure my job enhances the art and the script. I letter digitally, but could also do some handlettering if your project needs it. I have a good package of fonts that can be used for free commercially and will start designing my own fonts later this year. With my first profits on the paid jobs I'm getting, I'll start buying fonts from CC and BB (my favorites) to widen the range of what I can offer. As of april 2016 I'm freelancing for two companies located in the US (Red King Press and Affinity Comics) lettering some short stories for their anthology title, and being the regular letterer on its monthly The Commander. I'd love to hear from you if you need any kind of comic book lettering done. Feel free to contact me and we can discuss your lettering or design needs and set a page rate that works for both of us. I'm located in Argentina, but speak and write english fluently. And of course, también hablo español para los colegas que así lo prefieran!
